Cremation typically takes a few hours, and the entire process, including preparation, usually takes 7-10 days. Freeze-drying can take 3-6 months, depending on the size and condition of the item.

What should I do to prepare my pet or trophy for preservation?

For cremation and freeze-drying, please keep the pet or animal as cool as possible and contact us immediately for further instructions.

Is it difficult to care for my preserved pet or trophy after the freeze-dry service?

No, you simply must keep the preserved item in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For freeze-dried items, gentle dusting and avoiding excessive handling will help maintain its condition.
